Frisches Obst und Gem\u00fcse kommt hier t\u00e4glich mehrmals auf den Teller, da wunder es nicht, dass auch die Auslagen im Supermarkt voll davon sind. Die mediterrane Ern\u00e4hrung basiert auf einer Vielfalt an Gem\u00fcsesorten. Dieses t\u00e4glich frisch zu versehren oder zuzubereiten ist hier selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. <strong>Oft wird ausschlie\u00dflich zu saisonalen Produkten aus der Region gegriffen.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>#2\u00a0<\/strong>Aperitivi sind fest in der italienischen Kultur verankert. Ob mit den KollegInnen auf der Arbeit, mit Freunden oder der Familie, f\u00fcr einen kleinen Umtrunk mit Knabbereien ist immer Zeit. <strong>Zum Wocheneinkauf geh\u00f6ren deshalb nat\u00fcrlich auch patatine (Kartoffelchips), Oliven, Aperol, oder die alkoholfreie Variante Crodino.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>#3 Auch wenn die italienische Kultur f\u00fcr ihr Eis und ihre Dolci bekannt ist, k\u00f6nnen die italienischen Supermarktregale beim Vergleich mit Deutschland nur Staunen. Man sucht vergeblich die gewohnte Schoki- Auswahl. Biscotti (Kekse) hingegen findet man reichlich, da diese oft zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck gegessen werden. <strong>S\u00fc\u00dfspeisen werden am liebsten selber von Hand zuhause mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet, wie etwa das bekannte Tiramisu.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p>Italien ist das Land der guten K\u00fcche. Das zeigt sich auch beim Supermarktkauf, bei dem reichlich frisches Obst und Gem\u00fcse nicht fehlen d\u00fcrfen.
